Full-service billing is priced as a percentage of collections: roughly 5% to 7% for solo and small practices, 3.5% to 5% for mid-size groups, and 2% to 3.5% for large groups. Working inside athenahealth doesn't add a platform fee. You keep your own athenahealth contract and data; we just work inside it.
