What this therapy includes

Each session is tailored to your individual needs. Rather than a fixed protocol, I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches depending on what best fits your goals, history, and pace.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Identify and reshape the thought patterns and behaviours that keep you stuck. Structured, goal-oriented, and evidence-based — trained through a Beck Institute–lineage therapist.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing

An accredited, trauma-focused approach that helps reprocess distressing memories so they lose their emotional intensity. Currently completing Level 1 training via EMDR Association.

IFS

Internal Family Systems

Explore the different parts of yourself — including the ones that protect, avoid, or carry pain — to build inner harmony and self-understanding. Integrated with EMDR for deeper trauma work. (PESI Inc., USA — 18.25 CE)

Somatic

Somatic & Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Body-aware regulation strategies grounded in the Window of Tolerance framework and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). Includes trauma-informed mindfulness and creative expression.

Areas I work with

You don't need to have a diagnosis or a clear reason to start therapy. If something feels off — even if it's hard to put into words — that's enough.

Anxiety Depression Trauma & PTSD Burnout Relationship difficulties Low self-esteem Life transitions Grief & loss Emotional regulation Existential concerns

Even if your concern isn't listed — reach out. If it falls outside my scope, I'll help you find the right support.
